One At A Time Requests


We would appreciate it if you could send one support request at a time. In the event that your request requires more than a single task to complete, we will break it down into small tasks and complete them one after the other.


You will receive our standard acknowledgement reply. In addition, our Customer Support Specialist will inform you that your request has been broken down into smaller jobs and will be completed one after the other. 


We will aim to work through and solve each small job within 48 hours of each other. This includes any changes/additions to the code and testing.


You will receive an update as soon as we complete each small job, and let you know an approximate timeframe to complete any remaining jobs
